Adult course Student Agreement: : I agree to observe school rules for the benefit of all the students, in particular to speak only English in public rooms and mixed language groups, and NO SMOKING except in the smoking room.
For Get Real courses only
Junior course student Agreement: I agree to observe the course rules, in particular to speak only English in public. I understand that smoking and drinking alcohol are completely forbidden and that I may be sent home if I break the course rules in a serious way. 

Parent/Guardian agreement: I agree to allow the student to participate in all activities organised by Functional English. I agree that, in an emergency, staff of Functional English can agree to medical treatment for the student without contacting me. In an emergency, Functional English will contact you as soon as possible please ensure that we know how to contact you or someone who can act for you.

 Payment

We ask all students to pay an Enrolment Fee of £40 - PLEASE SEND PAYMENT AT THE SAME TIME THAT YOU SEND THIS ENROLMENT FORM. Your enrolment form will not be processed until we receive your Enrolment fee.
HOW TO PAY YOUR ENROLMENT FEE
  • Your bank will sell you a cheque drawn on a British Bank. This should be made payable to 'Functional English'. 
  • You can ask a postal bank or Post Office to transfer money to our account. Please contact us for account details.
  • PLEASE SEND YOUR NAME WITH YOUR PAYMENT
All other COURSE FEES must be paid 2 months before the course begins. If you enrol less than 2 months before the start of the course, fees must be paid in full at the when you enrol.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel 2 months before your course begins, we shall refund the course fees, but NOT the £40 enrolment fee or deposits for external accommodation. After that no refunds are possible. Sometimes students have to cancel a course or leave early because of illness etc. Contact us or ask your travel agent or insurance office for full travel insurance which will pay if you have to change your plans, including payment of school fees for a cancelled course. The travel insurance will also cover you for medical expenses, loss of luggage, etc.

INSURANCE: I understand that I must arrange insurance to cover medical expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation.
